Dyke Performs At Longhorn 70.3

Stephen Dyke raced Pro at last weekend's Longhorn Ironman 70.3 in Austin Texas, finishing 24th overall in 4:14:27.

Bentley Speaking In New Brunswick

Our friends at Triathlon New Brunswick have confirmed Lisa Bentley as guest speaker for their Annual General Meeting and Awards Banquet Saturday November 21 in Moncton NB.

Watch The Sea Hawks Swim Saturday

The Memorial Sea Hawks Varsity Swim Team will meet the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns at the Aquarena this Saturday October 17 from 4-6pm. This is the first varsity swim meet at MUN in over 20 years!

Admission is FREE and there will be bleachers set up on the pool deck for a great view.

With the addition of extra pool time and more coaching resources, the Rocky Island Masters Swim Club has room for 32 new members.

Be sure to take part in Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day this Sunday October 4. Several distances and skill levels to choose from.

Meet on the GEO Center parking lot for a 10am departure. No charge or membership required and there will be snacks and refreshments following the ride.
