Lamswood Conquers Second Ironman

Congratulations to Paul Lamswood of Paradise who completed Ironman Arizona on Sunday in a time of 14 hours, 45 minutes and 58 seconds.

This is Paul's second Ironman finish, having finished Ironman Canada in 2006.

Bentley Guest At TriNB Meeting

Over 100 triathletes from all four corners of New Brunswick, as well as several from P.E.I., Nova Scotia and Newfoundland & Labrador converged Saturday in Moncton for a celebration of the 2009 triathlon season with a few special guests.

Ironman Florida This Saturday

Good luck to our gang of merry men at Ironman Florida this Saturday November 7.

Tackling the 3.8k swim, 180k bike, and 42.2k run are Phil Gushue, Bob Heale, Paul Dawe, Simon Avis, Andre Engelbrecht and Gary Perry.
