Everything came together perfectly for Sunday's Paradise Triathlon, including a surprising 3-4 degree overnight increase in water temperature!

The 14 degrees in Octagon Pond provided for a brisk but enjoyable swim for all 142 finishers. The 25k bike was extremely well-marshalled and patrolled by volunteers, police, race officials and Rovers. And the flat, tranquil "5k plus a bit" trail run around the pond made for a pleasant finish to a first-class event.

Volunteer For Paradise

The SOLD OUT Paradise Sprint Triathlon is in need of volunteers to help with all aspects of the race but in particular course marshalling, Volunteering is a great way to see the event while giving back to the community.
