St.John's Triathlon ran Sunday morning in spite of cool, choppy waters, high winds, steady drizzle and rain, and temperatures not much more than single digits. 133 hard core triathletes showed up for the 8am start which was delayed 20 minutes as organizers scrambled to secure the swim buoys which were blowing around the pond.
