Monday Night Ride Starts Next Week

The Monday Night Ride starts up next Monday May 2. Meet at the Sunshine Camp Bennett's Road parking lot 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start.

This is an adult beginner road bike ride ideal if you're new to cycling, if you're gearing up for a triathlon, or if you just want to get out and ride with a group. Mountain and road bikes welcome. The pace is easy and the distance is usually 20-30 kilometers or 1-2 hours. This ride is fully supported with a lead and a sweep who can repair most minor mechanical problems such as flat tires and broken chains. No one will be left behind!

Helmets are mandatory as is your BNL Membership ... forms will be available at the start of the ride or you can get yours at http://bnl.nf.ca/join-bnl.

Mental Toughness Workshop

TriNL is offering an interactive 2-hour workshop on the theory and practice of using psychological skills in running. Workshop participants can expect to see short videos to illustrate certain points, and will take part in small group activities to practice using psychological techniques especially in the running stage of a triathlon. Workshop is set for Friday April 29 from 7-9pm 3rd floor Henrietta Harvey Building at MUN.
