Just released from Triathlon Canada:
Athletes who have automatically qualified for a spot on one of Triathlon Canada’s 2014 Age Group World Championship Team should register for their spot by Thursday, September 26th 6:00PM EST.After 6:00PM, the registration site will be taken offline in preparation for General Registration, which begins on Monday, September 30th at 9:00AM EST.
Spots which have not been claimed by “automatic qualifiers” will be placed in a pool for General Registration.“Automatic Qualifiers” are athletes who finished in the appropriate AGE ADJUSTED (age group categories as of December 31st, 2014) placing at one of Triathlon Canada’s World Championship qualifying races this past 2013 season.
GENERAL REGISTRATION will begin on Monday September 30th, at 9:00AM EST. Athletes who did not automatically qualify or attempting to claim a spot via Special Application/Charity Spot stream can do so during this time. Spots will be allocated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.Athletes who are applying via Special Application or Charity Spot must submit a race resume. The race resume should highlight their race experience in the event they are applying for and should include the race name, date, distance, AG category, finishing time and place within the age group – resumes with ONLY the links to various result websites will NOT be accepted. Resumes can be sent IN ADAVNCE to firstname.lastname@example.org.
