Monday night brick sessions at The Works, 8pm – 9 pm!
We will start with 30+ minutes on the spin bikes, followed by 15 minutes run on the track. Spin sessions will be lead by certified instructor (and TriNL president) Kim Larouche, following a program developed with the help of our provincial and community coaches. As the series progresses the spin component will be extended up to 45 minutes.
