SUMMARY:Indoor Triathlon - Spring Challenge
DESCRIPTION: \nOpen Competition – open to any participant\nPara Categories – PTS and PTVI\nSchool Competition – open to Elementary\, Junior High\, and Senior High individuals and school teams\nSwim for 15 minutes in the MUN pool\, then spin for 15 minutes at the Field House\, and then run for 15 minutes on the indoor track to complete your event. (10 minutes per interval for junior high\, 8 minutes for elementary.) Earn points for the distance covered and most points win! Awards for top individuals and school teams. \nWe now offer a DUATHLON option in the Open Male and Female categories in which you will just spin and run. Also trying out a Para Athlete competition this year! \nParticipants compete in a series of waves in a safe and comfortable environment.
