Triathlon NL is hosting its second annual Indoor Triathlon School Championships and Open Competition on Saturday, June 4th, at the Works on the MUN campus in St. John’s.
Junior and senior high students will represent their schools in the competition, and vie for individual and school honours. There will be an Open category aimed at age group competitors looking for an introduction to triathlon, or to check their fitness levels before the start of the racing season.
Competitors will do 15 minutes each of swimming, spinning, and running in a safe and comfortable environment to complete their race. There is a brief transition between each segment.
