Following the success of our opening night, Triathlon NL will be continuing to offer our Wednesday night brick sessions at the Works:
- Wednesday, January 18: 8 pm – 9 pm
- Wednesday, January 25: 8 pm – 9 pm

We will start with 30 minutes on the spin bikes, followed by a 15 minute run on the track. Spin sessions will be lead by certified instructor (and TriNL president) Kim Larouche, following a program developed with the help of our provincial and community coaches. As the series progresses the spin component will be extended up to 45 minutes.
Make this part of your training plan for the 2023 race season, and get used to the feel of a transition from bike to run.
