The Carbonear Sprint Triathlon is taking place this Sunday August 19th. Participants can compete individually or as part of a team (2 or 3 members). The event consists of a 500m swim at Freshwater Pond, 18K bike ride through Freshwater and Carbonear, finishing with a 5k run through Carbonear. There will be post race awards banquet and steak BBQ!
