Triathlon NL is hosting a chance to train and support our Youth Development/High Performance Program!
Two Brick sessions are scheduled for the Works – November 12 and 26, 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Register Here.
A Brick session consists of a bike/spin workout followed by a running workout on the track. Brick workouts are an essential part of triathlon training, preparing the athlete for the transition from the bike to the run.
- Coached by one of our competition certified HP program coaches Will Duggan and Stephanie Nevin.
- Sessions lead by Kim Larouche.
- Meet our new HP Director and 2000 Team Canada Olympian Isabelle Baird.
- You can use the Works spin equipment, or bring your own bike and trainer!
- Open to HP Program Participants and general Age Group athletes.
